HUD Multifamily is gathering vacancy and potential resource information to assist Afghan evacuees/refugees as they are resettled in the U.S. and seek permanent housing. Please submit vacancy/potential resource information through this online form or to the MF Disaster Team mailbox, MF_Disaster_Team@hud.gov, with the subject: REFUGEE. HUD is specifically targeting housing in the following localities:
- Texas: Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin;
- California: Glendale, Sacramento, San Diego, San Jose and Turlock;
- Virginia: Fairfax, Manassas, Richmond and Alexandria;
- Maryland: Silver Spring, Hyattsville and Baltimore;
- Washington State: Kent, SeaTac and Spokane;
- Florida: Tampa, Clearwater and Jacksonville;
- Arizona: Glendale, Phoenix and Tucson;
- Pennsylvania: Erie, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Lancaster;
- New York: Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse; and
- Massachusetts: Worcester, West Springfield, Boston and Lowell.
