Tapestry announced it closed two projects—South Oak Apartments and Highland Terrace II—in the second half of 2021 with the help of development partner, Vizion Driven Communities. 

“Tapestry and Vizion Driven Communities partnered with the Foley Housing Authority to develop South Oak Apartments, a new construction, 94-unit multifamily community located in Foley, Baldwin County, AL.” While “Highland Terrace is a 132-unit multifamily community located in Columbus, Muskogee County, GA. Financing includes four percent LIHTCs, private activity bond financing from the City of Columbus Development Authority and private loans to finance the $33 million development,” according to the press release.
