The Architectural Team (TAT) announced, in a press release, the completion of Sibley Square – a mixed-use complex encompassing more than 1 million square feet in downtown Rochester, NY.
According to the announcement, “This unique decade-long adaptive reuse project led by WinnDevelopment transforms a nearly derelict former department store into a regional hub with art galleries, retail shops, restaurants, a grocery store, childcare services, high-tech office and lab space, and nearly 300 units of mixed-income housing.”
