KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) has appointed Rada Lisitsa to vice president and acquisitions transaction leader. She is responsible for supporting the originations team in the structuring of its LIHTC investments, with a focus on driving and increasing production. Lisitsa is based in Philadelphia and reports to Victoria O’Brien, senior vice president and head of equity originations at KeyBank Real Estate Capital.
