Affordable Housing Advisors (AHA), a specialty group of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) announced the sale of City View Apartments. This 266-unit apartment property located in downtown Orlando is 40 percent LIHTC and ten percent bond-restricted. City View Apartments was purchased by Avanath, a California-based real estate company that acquires, renovates and operates affordable housing throughout the country.
