KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment and KeyBank Real Estate Capital (collectively, KeyBank) announced a $12.2 million construction loan to the Ingerman Group, a leading developer and manager of affordable multifamily communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, for the construction of The Willows at Valley Run in Coatesville, PA. The Willows at Valley Run will be a 60-unit affordable housing community. KeyBank also provided tax credit equity through its partnership with Enterprise Community Partners, Inc.
