The Biden-Harris administration released All In: The Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness. The plan sets a goal to reduce homelessness by 25 percent by 2025 and outlines new strategies to prevent homelessness and increase the supply of housing with supportive services.
The U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness also announced a new initiative to help cities and states reduce unsheltered homelessness.
