The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will hold webinars on the coming Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. On Feb. 3, 2023, all non-Federal entities receiving USDA Rural Development (RD) federal financial assistance for infrastructure projects must comply with the BABAA. During the webinar, RD’s BABAA Implementation Team will cover the following topics:
- An overview of BABAA;
- Entities and projects that are covered by BABAA;
- Information on how to comply with BABAA;
- Review online resources for additional BABAA information; and
- Where to go for BABBA questions after the webinar.
Three live sessions will be held with each session accommodating 1,000 attendees. You only need to register for one event. To benefit all interested parties, RD will provide slides, a transcript and a recording of the webinar content to all registrants after the final webinar.
