At the end of April, Jodie Harris will step down as director of the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) to serve as president of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC). Deputy director of policy and programs, Marcia Sigal, will assume the role of acting director in May.
