New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority announced their Energy$mart Multifamily Weatherization Assistance Program. Funds from Bipartisan Infrastructure Law are currently available on a first-come-first-served basis to eligible multifamily affordable housing properties for energy efficiency improvements. Priority is given to properties that house residents over 60, persons with disabilities, families with children, high-energy-using units, and units with a high-energy burden.  Applications are due by August 1.
