The California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) announced that at the organization’s annual conference in Boston last week, that CalHFA Executive Director Tiena Johnson Hall was elected to serve on the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) Board of Directors for 2024. Additionally, CalHFA’s Accessory Dwelling Unit Grant Program and its recent Financing System Overhaul stood out among the top initiatives from around the country, earning Awards for Program Excellence.
