USA Properties Fund and property manager Greystar announced that they started leasing units at Adega II in Rohnert Park, CA. Adega II is the second phase of the luxury apartment community that will include eight units for moderate-income residents to help meet the critical need for more affordable housing in Sonoma County. The Adega apartment community (located at 541 Carlson Avenue) is a subdivision in the former Rohnert Park Stadium neighborhood. Adega is close to numerous stores, including Costco, Safeway and Walmart, dozens of local and national-chain restaurants, several health providers and a community park built by USA Properties Fund.
