Dominium announced that it will celebrate the groundbreaking of the Creekridge on the Park affordable housing development in Charlotte, NC on November 29. Creekridge on the Park is Dominium’s first new construction project in the state, providing 150 affordable homes to the surrounding community. The $60 million development will consist of four, three-story buildings and is comprised of 18 one-bedroom, 66 two-bedroom and 66 three-bedroom homes. Creekridge on the Park is supported by Section 42 LIHTC.
