Merchants Capital announced that they provided financing for Launchpad Apartments, a new permanent supportive housing property in Colorado Springs. The property is the first Transition Aged Youth (TAY) development in the primary market area and will lead the community effort to halt the cycle of homelessness. The 50-unit supportive housing property can resolve up to 69.4 percent of youth homelessness in El Paso County, CO, according to the 2023 Point in Time count of homelessness.
