Klein Hornig LLP announced that A. Ross Pini and Mark R. Stokely have been named Partners of the Firm effective January 1. 

Ross Pini focuses his practice on a wide range of affordable housing and community development matters, and regularly represents nonprofit and for-profit developers in complex transactions involving federal and state Low Income Housing Tax Credits, federal and state Historic Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits and tax-exempt bond financing. 

Mark Stokely focuses his practice on affordable housing finance transactions with complex structures and various financing sources, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, government and nonprofit grants, bond financing and construction, bridge and leverage loans.
