FTK Construction Services announced that it has completed their first project for Blue Ridge Atlantic in Houston, TX. The Park at Kirkstall is a 240-unit affordable housing community built in 2003, with a contract value of approximately $12.4 million. The architect for the project was Benton Design Group (BDG), the lender was Lument (Orix Capital Real Estate), and the investor was Hudson Housing Capital.
