Dominium announced that it has promoted Adam Brookins to vice president of construction for the Self Perform team. Brookins will oversee project managers, superintendents and claim specialists for projects including capital improvements, where he will work with properties to identify and solve physical building issues. Brookins will also ensure timely incident and insurance repair requests, as well as oversee and manage resyndication renovations.
