HUD published the Interim Best Practices for Documenting Compliance with the Departmental Radon Policy in HEROS. The guidance provides information to environmental review preparers on how to document compliance with Notice CPD-23-103: Departmental Policy for Addressing Radon in the Environmental Review Process.
