In April, HUD published updates to the three Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP) Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) Elements, Leading Edge and Comprehensive. These updates include, among other things, more clarity surrounding waiting lists, eligibility expansion for the Elements cohort, the cap on awards a sponsor can receive and extended deadlines for the Fourth Application Period for the Leading Edge and Comprehensive cohorts.
