The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. HUD Requests Comments on the Proposed Additional Evaluation of Moving to Work

HUD issued a notice requesting comments on the proposed collection of additional data from participants in the second cohort of the Moving to Work (MTW) Expansion, Stepped, and Tiered Rent Demonstration (STRD).

The additional data from the cohort sample will include interviews with PHA staff and a 30-day follow-up survey for participants. The collection aims to use the data to estimate the effects of alternative rent rules on employment, earnings, housing subsidies, and other tenant outcomes. Comments are due July 7, 2025.
