HUD announced revisions to Attachment I of HOTMA Notice H 2023-10/PIH 2023-07 to require PHAs and Multifamily Housing (MFH) owners to conduct reexaminations when a household adds or removes members, including family members, foster adults or children, and live-in aides, regardless of the effect on the family’s annual adjusted income.
