NH&RA is still advocating for BABA relief. We are looking for very specific examples — if you have any of the following, please reach out to Ilana Morof.

  1. Example of not having a BABA compliant material at the time of delivery (i.e. You expected a material to be BABA compliant, but upon delivery, found out the material is not compliant.)
  2. Proof that an increase in the de minimis waiver threshold from 5 to 10% would make your deal BABA compliant.
  3. A Florida example of BABA driving up costs, causing delays in construction, awards being turned backed, or any other relevant BABA information.
