The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. MFH Releases EIV Citizenship Verification Tool

HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs (MFH) released a new EIV-SAVE Tenant Matching Report for owners and agents of PBRA projects to identify possible tenant citizenship and immigration status discrepancies between TRACS and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) system.

Owners and agents must resolve all discrepancies in the EIV-SAVE Tenant Matching Report within the next 30 days by following the steps included in the notification.

HUD Data Shows Majority of LIHTC Residents Earn 30% of AMI or Less

HUD’s newly released LIHTC Tenant Tables for 2023 show that 57.2% of LIHTC residents are classified as ‘extremely low-income,” earning 30% or less of area median gross income (AMGI), the highest share ever recorded in this dataset.
