NH&RA prepared a sign-on letter responding to HUD’s Build America, Buy America Request for Information (RFI) asking for information on the domestic availability of manufactured products.

The letter has three main requests to HUD:

  1. Stay BABA requirements for manufactured goods until the RFI process is complete;
  2. Update its FAQs to clarify BABA implementation; and
  3. Rewrite its BABA guidance beyond requirements detailed in the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.

Please fill out this form by July 19 to include your organization as a signatory.
