CAHEC reflects on the impact it has made over the past 12 months, collaborating with its partners to strengthen the communities it serves. In 2024, CAHEC continued this mission by expanding its syndication portfolio with the addition of 59 properties across six states. This growth represents approximately 2,896 affordable housing units, providing homes for an estimated 7,620 residents.

Beacon Communities, the City of Boston, and the Boston Housing Authority completed the redevelopment of The Anne M. Lynch Homes at Old Colony in Boston, MA, culminating a 20-year long project. Old Colony is now a community of 887 homes across a mix of mid-rise and townhome buildings, replacing all 845 original units.
MassHousing Begins Construction at Warren Hall in Boston
