CAHEC announced the closing of three affordable housing properties throughout the second quarter that will help ensure everyone has access to a home they can afford. The three properties, located throughout the Southeast, have a combined total of 146 units. These developments combine new construction with acquisition and rehabilitation, where existing affordable housing communities are preserved and enhanced.

Beacon Communities, the City of Boston, and the Boston Housing Authority completed the redevelopment of The Anne M. Lynch Homes at Old Colony in Boston, MA, culminating a 20-year long project. Old Colony is now a community of 887 homes across a mix of mid-rise and townhome buildings, replacing all 845 original units.
MassHousing Begins Construction at Warren Hall in Boston
