Secretary Turner appointed HUD regional administrators for all ten regions.
Mr. DeFelice, appointed as Assistant Deputy Secretary for the Office of Field Policy and Management (FPM), will oversee all of the regions, as well as serve as Region III administrator.

- Region IX, Pacific: William Spencer
- Region X, Northwest: Christopher Patterson
