Dominium announced it has hired two new vice presidents to fill roles in property management. Reba Will was named vice president of compliance and Ryan Bosolet was named vice president of property management for the company’s Mountain West portfolio. As vice president of compliance, Will is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies and best practices across all property management operations. Bosolet is responsible for leading Dominium’s Property Management efforts in the Mountain West region.

Beacon Communities, the City of Boston, and the Boston Housing Authority completed the redevelopment of The Anne M. Lynch Homes at Old Colony in Boston, MA, culminating a 20-year long project. Old Colony is now a community of 887 homes across a mix of mid-rise and townhome buildings, replacing all 845 original units.
