The Michaels Organization is proud to announce that Oliver Station, its newest transformative mixed-use community in Camden’s Whitman Park neighborhood, has been awarded the Governor’s Excellence in Housing Development Award. The $24 million community features 47 affordable apartments for residents ages 55 and older and a 5,350-square-foot Virtua Health medical practice on the ground floor, along with walkable design, energy-efficient features, and a variety of community amenities.

Beacon Communities, the City of Boston, and the Boston Housing Authority completed the redevelopment of The Anne M. Lynch Homes at Old Colony in Boston, MA, culminating a 20-year long project. Old Colony is now a community of 887 homes across a mix of mid-rise and townhome buildings, replacing all 845 original units.
MassHousing Begins Construction at Warren Hall in Boston
