HUD published guidance for PHAs and their development partners for projects using both RAD and Section 18 disposition authority (“RAD/Section 18 Blends”).
The guidance covers payments during the year of conversion, administrative requirements and impact on public housing funding, payments made during the first full calendar year after conversion and thereafter, and includes additional resources.
