Pennrose announced the promotion of Geoff Milz to Regional Vice President of the Midwest (Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan) and Lindsey Samsi to Regional Vice President of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. In their roles as regional vice presidents, Samsi and Milz are responsible for all aspects of the real estate development process from initial conception through construction, to lease-up and stabilized occupancy or sale.
