Fitch Irick Corporation, a Charlotte-based vertically integrated affordable housing developer and operator serving approximately 30,000 residents across eight states, was acquired by Linville Capital in a deal that brings together FIC’s portfolio of more than 50 developed communities, 13,500 units under management, and active LIHTC and USDA-backed projects with Linville’s strategy to expand affordable housing investment, development, and geographic reach through additional capital deployment and strategic acquisitions.
