DHCD Financing to Preserve 140 Affordable Units in Ward 8
The D.C. Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) announced it has provided financing to preserve 140 affordable housing units in Ward 8. Ridgecrest Phase 1 Owner LLC, an entity controlled by The NHP Foundation, received $16.1 million in financing from the Housing Production Trust Fund (HPTF) for the first phase rehabilitation of Ridgecrest Village Apartments, an apartment complex at 2200 Savannah Street SE.
