Oregon Housing and Community Services’ (OHCS) opened the third and final round of its Landlord Compensation Fund (LCF) June 1, with assistance to cover rent accrued from April 2020 through June 2021. The program expires this summer, with an application deadline of June 18 and an award notice deadline of June 30.

Oregon Housing and Community Services corrected its nine percent LIHTC 2021 NOFA Release (NOFA #2021-4).

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released the 201 nine percent LIHTC and HOME Preservation NOFAs.

The Oregon Legislature allocated a total of $65 million for Project Turnkey, for the purpose of acquiring motels/hotels for use as non-congregate shelter for people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness.

The Landlord Compensation Fund program was funded in December by the Oregon Legislature with $150 million. This program will be launched through an online application portal to streamline the collection of landlord-provided data on rent collections.
