South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority has issued the following program announcements:
- All 2009 tax credit documents, i.e. funding applications, exhibits, etc. are on the Authority’s tax credit webpage.
- The tax credit workshop will be held January 29, 2009 in Columbia, SC.
- The annual occupancy report for tax credit and bond developments has been completed and is posted on the Authority’s tax credit webpage under 2009 Program Information.
