The Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will hold a public hearing on its low-income housing tax credit qualified allocation plan (QAP) for calendar 2010 on August 25 at KHC’s headquarters in Louisville. The draft QAP will be available at www.kyhousing.org by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18. The public comment deadline will be 5 p.m. on August 26. The agency anticipates accepting tax credit applications, through an open window process, beginning January 20, 2010. Applicants must meet all threshold requirements and meet a minimum score threshold before approval will be granted.
