The Connecticut Housing Finance Agency (CHFA) has released its draft 2010 qualified allocation plan (QAP) and is accepting comments from the public by September 21.  In addition, three public hearings will be held to receive comments in person:



  • September 9, Bridgeport, CT
  • September 16, Norwich, CT
  • September 18, Glastonbury, CT


The draft makes certain changes to the Enriched Housing & Community Environment point category, by adding sections for HUD Section 3 Hiring (5 points) and Supportive Housing for Those At-Risk or Chronically Homeless (up to 10 points). Read More…
