Nebraska Issues Notice of Public Hearing For the 2010 LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan

The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority will hold a public hearing with respect at 10 am on September 14 in Lincoln on its 2010 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). NIFA will consider the information obtained at the hearing and will take appropriate action that it may deem warranted, including submission of the transcript of the public hearing to the governor. Written public comments on the QAP may be submitted to NIFA through September 14.
