NH&RA is conducting a short survey of its members regarding their TCAP and/or Exchange Transactions. We are
trying to achieve a few different goals:
1. Put together a comprehensive list of projects and
types. The key items we are looking for are name of project, location, number
of units, new construction vs. preservation, and subsidies used (TCAP, Exchange,
LIHTCs). This will help us with advocacy on Capital Hill.
2. Identify issues and challenges at the federal and
state regulatory level to closing these transactions. Again, this will help us
with advocacy efforts at Congress, HUD and the HFAs.
3. Identify speakers for upcoming events to discuss
case studies. We are particularly looking for developers that have closed or
will be closing transactions in the next several months.
4. Identify case studies to profile in Tax Credit Advisor and HousingOnline Weekly.
