The Delaware State Housing Authority has released its 2010 low-income housing tax credit program funding round documentation. In addition to its draft 2010 qualified allocation plan, and LIHTC application, the Authority released the following documents:

- Income/Rents Limits;
- Management Agent Qualifications;
- Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan Form;
- Real Estate Owned Form;
- IRS Form 8821;
- Points Worksheet;
- Housing Development Fund Supplement;
- State of Delaware-Realty Tax Transfer Form.
