Arizona is seeking comments on its 2010 QAP. Included in the QAP package are ADOH’s Market Study Guidelines. The guidelines cite that if If ADOH Market Study Guidelines have not been followed, then the analyst followed NCAHMA model. Public comments will be accepted on the Draft 2010 QAP through January 8, 2010. Only written comments received by 3:00 p.m. on January 8 will be considered.
