The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) has released its draft Utility Allowance (UA) Policy for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Projects. The UA Policy includes two new methods which MSHDA intends to implement: the Actual Consumption Method and HUD’s Utility Model.
