The Colorado Housing Finance Agency has adopted its 2011 QAP, which now awaits approval by the Governor.  The 2011 QAP is largely similar to the 2010 QAP; however, developers should make note of significant changes including:

  • Experience & track record requirements for the development team
  • Project cost per unit calculation methodology
  • HOPE VI set-asides
  • Application fee
