The National Housing & Rehabilitation Association, in association with the National Trust Community Investment Corporation, presented its 2010 J. Timothy Anderson Awards for Excellence in Historic Rehabilitation (“Timmy” Awards) at a special luncheon ceremony in Boston on October 19 as part of the 2010 Fall Developers Forum conference. One winner in each of six categories, plus two judges’ awards were selected from 14 finalist projects. The name and location of each project receiving a 2010 Timmy Award are provided below.

Wilber School Apartments (Sharon, Massachusetts) - Judges’ Award
National Park Seminary (Silver Spring, Maryland) - Judges’ Award
Spring Garden Revitalization II (Covington, Kentucky)
