NCHFA is seeking input on the draft 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan prior to publication.

The Rental Investment Group is considering changes to several areas in particular:

  • rehabilitation set-aside
  • discretionary basis boost
  • principal and county limits
  • site evaluation criteria
  • mortgage subsidy scoring
  • community revitalization plans
  • possible expiration of the flat 9% tax credit rate*
  • design standards
