On Thursday, August 25, 2011, the Colorado Housing and Finance Agency (CHFA) announced Patricia Hippe as its new chief financial officer (CFO). In her new role, Hippe will serve on the CHFA Executive Team and will oversee the authority’s corporate debt and investment, treasury, accounting and information technology teams. Patricia most recently served as the deputy commissioner and chief financial officer for the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) where she raised over $5.4 billion in capital to support the MHFA’s single family and multifamily programs. In addition, Hippe was recognized in 2006 as a Top Woman in Finance by Finance and Commerce Magazine and is a two-time recipient of the Minnesota Housing Lighthouse Award for Outstanding Leadership.
