The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) announced an information session for the 2012 PennHOMES and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Funding Round on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the Crown Plaza Harrisonburg Hotel. The purpose of the session is to provide updates and answer questions about 2012 application requirements and selection criteria. Interested participants are required to register in advance for the session and a nonrefundable registration fee of $25 will be charged for each attendee.
