  NH&RA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors which is elected annually by its membership at the organization’s annual meeting. The Executive Committee is comprised of the organization’s officers and is elected annually by the Board of Directors. Kansas Housing Resources Corporation 2026 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan & Public Hearing

The 2026 draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) is now available. The QAP governs how LIHTCs are awarded across the state and is reviewed and revised on an annual basis.

KHRC invites thoughtful feedback throughout the public comment period from all stakeholders. Please review the draft plan, overview of the proposed changes, and the redlined plan. A virtual public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 27 at 10:30 a.m.
