The Washington State Housing Finance Commission has released the 2012 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program Application Packet. Pre-application approval requests must be submitted no later than Monday, October 17, 2011, at 5:00 PM. The application deadline for our “competitive round” is Thursday, December 15, 2011, at 5:00 PM.
