The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) has released the final Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the distribution of Housing Tax Credits along with updated market study guidelines and the preliminary application. All preliminary applications are due to NCHFA by 12:00 pm on Friday, February 10.
